Robert and Jay Latreille
Robert and Jay serve as part of the CTEN executive leadership team at the CTEN home office in Kerrville, Texas. They work closely with the Founder/CEO and liaise with the Canadian Executive Director.
Robert is the Director of Operations managing the day-to-day operations of CTEN USA. He supervises the Information and Publications team, handles IT and facilities maintenance, and manages CTEN’s security online training course.
Jay is the Director of Administration. She oversees the CTEN Pastoral Care (PC) team, which consists of seven pastoral care couples and one pastoral care for missionary kids. She provides guidance, encouragement, and support to the PCs as they shepherd missionaries under their care. Jay also organizes quarterly orientations for incoming CTEN missionaries to help them succeed in their countries of service.
Prior to joining the home staff missionaries, they served in the Philippines for five years with Perspectives Global. They worked alongside Filipino churches discipling, training, and equipping Filipinos to take the gospel to unreached nations in Southeast Asia.
