Serving in

Bob and Rhonda Farley

Bob and Rhonda Farley grew up in the same hometown in East Texas and attended the same church as early as the third and fifth grades. After getting married in their early twenties, Rhonda graduated from college in education and later obtained her MBA at Stephen F. Austin University while Bob worked for Texas Utilities Mining Company. In 1996 the Farleys felt God call them to serve in Alaska. While living and serving in a logging camp on the Prince of Wales Island, accessible by floatplane or boat, Bob recalls the Lord spoke to him early one morning in prayer (what felt like at the time an audible voice) for their family to move to Belize. Being obedient to the Lord in their missionary call to Belize, the Farleys moved to Belize in September, 1999, and have raised two daughters on the mission field, lived in thatch houses, planted numerous churches, started a 2,000 watt FM Christian radio station, managed a Christian School, conducted remote outreaches by boat into Guatemala, pastored local churches, and have hosted 350 + mission teams. Their most recent ministry start has been the opening of the Belize Bible College. It will become the only accredited Bible college or seminary in Belize.
