Bob and Barb Nesbitt are serving in Pastoral Care for CTEN missionaries in Africa, Europe and the Western US.
They focus on encouraging, counseling, praying and lovingly supporting the more than 75 missionary families under their care. Their goal is to keep missionaries healthy, both spiritually and mentally, enabling them to serve God where He has placed them.
They are a liaison for the home church and the missionary through encouragement, communication, and field visits.
Before moving to the CTEN home office they served in Costa Rica for 6 years. Bob worked in administration at Sojourn Christian Academy and as CFO for a seminary. B taught in the womans prison, Buen Pastor, and held Inductive Bible Studies in the community and in a squatter community. They worked together supporting a rural church in the folds of Irazu, one of the country’s volcanoes.
