Grant and Jennifer Haynes minister among immigrants, refugees, and international students in Clarkston, Atlanta, GA.
Grant and Jennifer Haynes mobilize and train disciples and churches to pray, give, go and welcome unreached people groups. They live in Clarkston, GA which the New York Times called the most diverse square mile in America. Grant and Jenn help newcomers such as immigrants, refugees, and international students that have recently arrived by helping with English, tutoring, paperwork, job placement, etc. Many of these internationals have escaped persecution, genocide, political unrest, and ethnic cleansing, so they have many needs and even greater spiritual needs. The goal is to share the gospel, make disciples, and plant churches with the hope of seeing some eventually return to their home countries with the Good News of Christ.
The Haynes run a mission base in Atlanta where they host missionary training schools to equip missionaries to serve among unreached people groups. Ministering among Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists, and Chinese in the US is a great initial step to get people prepared to effectively serve overseas. They also host short-term mission trips and missionary interns throughout the year in order to make churches aware of the great mission field that is coming here.
