Jeff and Julie Phillips
After Jeff’s graduation from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1999, Jeff and Julie Phillips embarked on a one-year volunteer mission term to see if God was calling them to be full-time missionaries. During this year they trained village pastors in the expositional interpretation of scripture in Marsabit, Kenya and taught at Moffat Bible College in Kijabe, Kenya for one term. At the completion of the term, they felt God’s call to teach at Moffat and returned to Moffat where Jeff taught various theological classes and Julie operated as the finance manager from 2012-2022.
In 2021, the Phillips’ felt God prodding them in a different direction. After much prayer and consultation, they joined the CTEN staff in pastoral care in March 2022 in which they encourage and minister to CTEN missionaries in Mexico.
