Josh and Jamie Bell
Josh and Jamie Bell serve college students at the University of Houston Clear Lake. UHCL is home to nearly eight thousand students and just built its first on campus dorm three years ago. More than 300,000 college students live in the Houston area, and the majority of them are like an unreached people group. The church will reap immeasurable benefits if it will find ways to pursue them and connect with them. Josh and Jamie have witnessed first hand how missions movements and church planting endeavors grow exponentially when churches intentionally reach students on secular college campuses.
Early in their own college experience they expected they would need to go off campus to find Christian community but to their surprise they found out it thriving in the very heart of campus life. Their involvement in campus ministry as students allowed them to see hundreds of lives transformed and led to their own calling into campus ministry. Josh and Jamie Bell have four sons and have lived in the Houston area since 2005. They would love for you to partner with them to reach more students for Jesus.
