Peter and Esther Dukes (Baldelomar)
Peter and Esther serve in Costa Rica as members of the Coalicion Mision Integral team.
They work alongside local churches and ministries to help support, equip, and strengthen the Costa Rican Church by:
Receiving short-term mission trips
In coordination and collaboration with local pastors, Coalicion connects teams with smaller, rural churches to bring Gospel centered programs and outreach activities.
They serve as a support for initiatives that can be difficult for remote church communities to host.
Mission trip activities also help catalyze and ignite spiritual growth in the hearts of participants from both countries. This further strengthens the Truth of the Gospel in hearts and communities.
Equipping and Encouraging Costa Rican churches and ministries
Peter and Esther help coordinate, host, support, and present practical biblically based programming.
Part of the focus is simply to help often over-extended ministers carry the call to disciple, e.g., youth retreats, discipleship seminars, pastoral care, advising.
Providing Leadership Support and Ministry Development
Peter and Esther also assist the National Directors of Coalicion Mision Integral, Carlos Cordero and Rosario Soto, in their projects and initiatives.
Peter and Esther bring fresh ideas as they support ongoing ministries and also propose and establish new opportunities.
In their free time, Peter and Esther love to host friends and family at their home, explore natural environments like waterfalls, and stay active. Their prayer is to draw closer to the Lord in service to His Kingdom as they seek to do His Will in life, marriage, and mission.
